Free UK shipping for orders above £40 otherwise standard shipping applies. Products will be shipped within 24 hours generally except weekends. We always try out best to ship them out as soon as possible.
The products marked PREORDER or Sold Out are ordered in from Netherland and takes about 4 weeks to reach you. We are still building our inventory and warehouse space, so we are not in a position to stock all the items yet, but we still love to make them available to you. So if you are able to wait for the product please order away!
If your order include both "in stock" and "preorder/sold out" items, the "in stock" items will be shipped to you first, and the others will be shipped to you at no extra shipping cost when they are available. This is so that the in stock items will reach you as soon as possible and your child can start to enjoy them!
To be environmental friendly we may reuse clean cardboard and paper for the outer packaging (all products also have their own individual packaging to keep them safe and clean).
