🌿 How to use them at different stages?
• Pre-reading (from around 1 year old to early reader): Explore the cards together by looking at the images and naming the nomenclatures out loud, helping your child absorb new vocabulary naturally. Let children handle the cards as part of sensorial exploration. Take them on nature walks to find the flowers in real life and match them to the cards.
Pick a card and look it in a book - or vice versa.
• Readers: Begin reading the labels together. As your child gains confidence, encourage them to match the labels to the picture cards. They can then use the control cards to check their work. Adults can also read and discuss the flower facts on the back with the child.

You might receive your order in two shipments, as our products are fulfilled from two locations:
1️⃣ From our London office.
This include all handmade language cards, scissors and placemats etc.
Shipping Cost:
UK customers: standard P&P of £2.9. Free shipping on orders above £40.
International orders: a flat fee will be automatically added at check out, and free for orders above £90
Dispatch Time:
Most products are dispatched within 2-7 days except weekends.
Language cards are hand made to order. This enables us to offer a wide range of topics without accumulating large stocks, and is gentler on the environment.
Shipping Time:
UK: 2-4 business days.
Europe: 3-7 business days (estimated by Royal Mail)
North America and ROW: 7-14 business days (estimated by Royal Mail)

We hand pick a small collection from Heutink in Netherland, the original Montessori materials maker that worked with Maria Montessori. Being based in Europe ensures the highest safety and quality standards for the children.

To UK and EU only: flat fee of £10 gbp. Free shipping on orders above £150.

Import tax charges:
Kindly note customers are responsible for any import tax charged by your country of residence. Your custom may withhold the goods until such charges have been paid.

Packaging:
To reduce our impact on the environment we may reuse clean cardboard and paper for the outer packaging (all products also have their own individual packaging to keep them safe and clean).
Out of stock products:
If an item you purchased is out of stock, we will ship the rest of your order and contact you with an estimated restock date. You can then choose to receive a refund or wait for the item to be delivered. If we don't hear back from you, we will send you the product once it restocks. Thank you!
Excess delivery charge:
In rare cases, the delivery carrier (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail) may request an additional postage fee upon delivery. If this happens:
1.Pay the Fee – Please pay the requested amount directly to the carrier.
2.Keep the Receipt – Make sure to collect a receipt for the payment.
3.Request a Refund – Email a copy of the receipt to eva@montessorihut.com, including your order number and any relevant details.
4.Receive Your Refund – Once verified, we’ll promptly reimburse you for the additional postage fee.

We are LOVING our wild flower three part cards from Montessori Hut. Beautiful, realistic and meticulously made - we highly recommend their materials.
I received the Wild Flowers card set and was immediately impressed with the quality. Beautiful imagery, presentation and laminated cards for durability.
My children were also keen to enjoy them right away! Excited to get out and explore which flowers they could spot. Now every time we are out and they see a wild flower they ask for the cards.
I bought the sun game, farm animals and flower materials. Well the materials were intentionally made. I could see that because they were neat and fit for purpose. The attitude before purchasing was an icing on the cake for me. I will recommend it for anyone any day.

The box of cards arrived quickly and I was really impressed with the presentation. They came in a nice box and each set of cards had its own little bag to make keeping them tidy really easy. They were nicely matt laminated - lovely things to hold and use and I think they'll last. I can't wait to use them with my young niece to help her learn the wild flowers. I'll definitely be getting more sets.
